Trebbiano d’Abruzzo 4 20 of Torri Cantine was born in the area of Martinsicuro in the province of Teramo at an altitude of 290m above sea level from a vine over thirty years old – with Abruzzo pergola breeding – and with a magnificent south-south/east exposure.
A single variety, that is 100% Trebbiano d’Abruzzo grapes obtained from a strictly manual harvest of certified organic farming. A winemaking in conditioned concrete tanks followed by a maturation, always in cement and then bottled in total absence of oxygen.
Do we taste it?
Colour: a crystalline wine – straw yellow – with seductive golden reflections.
Smell: you can feel the delicate aromas of yellow pulp fruit : pears, apple, citrus fruits well harmonized with brackish perceptions.
Taste: in the mouth it is dry, warm, soft , intoxicating and at the same time invigorated by an acid vitality and a rebellious flavor which balance everything .
A wine to be served cold, at 6-8 ° and for instance with a seafood, linguine with lobster, a sea bass baked in foil but also a pumpkin “risotto”, you could choice what you prefer!
